Cinque Funding Solutions – Financial Services Provider (FSP no. 40138). Cinque was established in 2004 by Stefan Schoeman and Darrell von Broembsen. As CA’s and with a wealth of experience in the banking and specialised finance space, Darrell and Stefan are well equipped to offer working capital finance and risk management solutions. Cinque is an independent organization not affiliated to any specific service provider.

 
 
Investment The typical corporate client has no tolerance for capital, tax, or liquidity risk. However, within this context, there are still opportunities to significantly outperform the yield offered by banks by utilising dividend yielding instruments. These investments are classified as low risk and offer daily liquidity or longer as required.
Credit insurance Cinque arranges structured credit insurance solutions specific to client needs. Where applicable this incorporates export insurance, credit default swaps, or single debtor insurance.
Funding Access to in-depth knowledge and experience of the market assists Cinque’s clients by increasing their funding options and reducing the cost of that funding. Cinque accesses the capital market directly, thereby bypassing the banks.
Credit solutions Cinque has arranged and implemented a card based retail credit solution (Easy Style) for individual customers at CTM. In addition, Cinque has arranged funding for, and currently manages and administers, an outsourced facility for trade debtors at CTM (Italtile).
